The FXS is a developmental disorder still little known by either health or education professionals, being generally very under diagnosed.
The work with children, young people and families affected by this syndrome of genetic etiology, considering their characteristics (such as the cognitive delay and behavioral disturbances associated to the syndrome) raises doubts and difficulties to different professionals and parents .
The International Congress SXF invites participants to present their work as a contribution to overcome these difficulties. We welcome contributions from all fields of science and intervention. We are receptive to a multidisciplinary approach to SXF and, more broadly, intellectual disability and autism spectrum disorders.
Paper proposals must be sent until January 15th through the form available on this website.
